Tysaau's mission is to direct and support the sustainable design of the spaces where we live, learn, work and play. We seek to create high performance, cost effective structures through the LEED system that will enhance the built environment and create spaces that will enable people to flourish. A minimum of 25% of our time will be spent offering no-cost assistance to and with individuals, corporations and public agencies in education, advocacy, promotion and support to achieve this mission. |

LEED AP Building Design & Construction
- No cost assessments to determine the viability of Green Building design

Securing Development Approvals & The Public Process
- As a former City Councilmember and Vice-Mayor, I work interactively with the appropriate legislative body to gain agreement on commercial and residential projects from Design to the final vote.
- As a former General Plan Commissioner, I know the required process to secure entitlements without sacrificing sound Green Building principals.
- Mediation and negotiation with stakeholder groups to bring parties together and address obstacles and opportunities in a controlled environment to insure mutual success.
- My extensive work with Greenbelt Alliance and the Sierra Club give a unique understanding of how to address their concerns. By approaching issues through interested third parties and in a non-adversarial way, we will increase the odds of project and environmental success.

Event Coordination & Event Venue
- Planning, implementation and logistics support for large scale events. Our experience includes the Pacific Coast Fog Festival, The Saratoga Rotary Art Show, The Castro Valley Fall Festival and several other festivals & events in the east bay and on the peninsula .
- Providing availability for Crestmont Terrace, an event venue for up to 30 people seated inside and up to 50 outside. Rental comes with tables, chairs, glassware and limited supplies and decorations. Located in the beautiful Oakland hills, this private location offers a breathtaking view of four bridges, a rose garden and kitchen access for your meeting or special event. Weddings, rehearsal dinners, wine tastings and memorial services are just a few of the events held here in the past.
